Why Don’t You Stay For A While?

We put up a couple new nest boxes a few days ago. I was happy to see that a pair of Chickadees decided to consider one of them for a summer residency. These round, “birch-look” boxes were on clearance at the local farm store. We have a couple others and one of them has been used by Bluebirds for two years in a row. But, I’m thrilled that the Chickadees are thinking about moving in. They are such cuties!
