Hummingbirds!

This morning, there was quite a bit of Hummingbird activity at the feeders on my patio.

If you turn up the volume, you’ll be able to hear the Purple Martins chortling in the background. You’ll see them soaring in the sky, too. You’ll also hear a few Hummingbird calls towards the end.

There were nearly as many hummers at the feeder to my left of this video frame, as are feeding in these feeders. They are so remarkable in so many ways. I’m grateful that they provide me so much joy just by being here!

These are Ruby-throated Hummingbirds. It’s the only species that spends its summers in my location.
